FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Return & Exchanges: Our return policy is valid for 15 days
- To be eligible for a return, items must be new, with all original tags attached. Please take care when trying on your items. Additionally, items must not be washed, come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear. Nor used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. Should your item arrive damaged please contact cs@circularpathusa.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email: order number, description of damages/issue, and clear photo(s) of the damage.
- Any products marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Additionally, only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.
- Any handbags, or materials that have an inner packaging material such as a dust bag or other, must be returned with the product so that we can resell the goods. (if not damaged)
- Swimwear & bodysuits can be returned if all hygiene stickers are intact.
How credit is issued: Store Credit, Return, or Exchange for another item
- We’re pleased to offer Store Credit, free exchanges and returns if you purchase Return Coverage for a flat fee of $2.98 with your order. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the order delivery date.
- If you did not get return coverage a $13 return label fee will apply for these returned and exchanged orders. A $13 return label fee will then be deducted from your refund or exchanged item(s).
- If requesting an exchange, please provide the replacement item details and it will be set on hold for you.
- if store credit is chosen, a code will be issued and can be used to make a future purchase.
- Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable, you will not be credited the cost of shipping. Items can only be returned (shipped back) with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and Circular Path USA issued shipping label which we will send to you— no exceptions. All merchandise returned that does not follow this procedure will be forfeited.
Store Credit Policy:
- When item(s) are received at our warehouse for exchange that are not in-stock. Bundle purchases can only be exchanged for item(s) offered in said bundle to keep the discount offered. When you miss the returns window, we will still honor an exchange within 15 days. Examples such as, by choice, when exchanging bundle item(s) at discount for other item(s) which applies to said bundle this will keep the original purchase price paid. if a return is past the 15-day period, an unused portion of a gift card, if an instant exchange is of lesser value than the original purchase.
15 Day Returns:
- The date you received the package from the carrier is when your window starts for returns.
15 Day Exchanges:
- When in our portal click “exchange” when making a return selection. If you would like to select a different size you will be prompted to choose from available, in-stock sizes of your item(s). Your exchange item is marked as returned in our system once scanned by the carrier.

We will email you a shipping label to return your goods.
Step 2 - Only send back items after first creating your return/exchange in our portal (see step 1)
Items must be new, and all original tags attached to be processed for any returns or exchanges - no exceptions. Failure to meet these criteria will result in forfeiting of product (we will not return it to you).
Step 3 - Please allow up to 15 business days from when you mail the return, so that our team can inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund. If after 20 days, you have not received an email, you can communicate with us at this email address: cs@circularpathusa.com Please include your RMA number in the subject line.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:
- We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! During peak shipping season or bad weather your shipment may be delayed by the carrier.
- Should your item arrive damaged please contact cs@circularpathusa.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please fill out your claim on our portal https://circularpathusa.com/apps/returns
- Please include the following information in your email: order number, description of damages/issue, and clear photo(s) of the damage, date package received, and tracking #.
Gift Cards:
Browsing but can't decide on the perfect gift? You can never go wrong with the gift of choice by purchasing an E-gift card. Our gift cards are delivered by email after your purchase is complete. Please forward the email to the recipient where instructions to redeem are provided. These cards do not expire and there are no additional processing fees for a gift card purchase!
Klarna:
To pay overtime when using alternative payment methods. You will not be allowed to use this form of payment for gift card purchases.
