Thank you for shopping with Green Winzone LLC, DBA, Circular Path USA Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and timely experience for all of our customers.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Once an order is placed there is a 24-hour window to make any changes to your shipping address. After that 24-hour hold your order will begin processing which can take 1-2 business days.

We offer a variety of shipping methods, which are outlined below. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location.

  • All shipping times are estimated from the time your order is processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays from carriers.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the notification.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Green Winzone LLC, DBA, Circular Path USA is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are shipped. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier and our customer service team for further assistance.
  • After proof of delivery from the carrier, Green Winzone LLC, DBA, Circular Path USA is not liable for shipments not received.

Address Errors

  • Please double-check the shipping address before placing your order. Green Winzone LLC, DBA, Circular Path USA is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at cs@circularpathusa.com
  • We will do our best to update the address before shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
  • We do not ship to locations that are currently restricted or unavailable due to regional issues.
