Q. What is returns coverage?
A. At the time of purchase, you can choose to pay $2.98 which covers shipping label used on all exchanges and returns.
Q. What happens if I do not purchase return coverage?
A. You will be charged $13.00 for the return or exchange label used and that will be deducted from your total refunded amount to your original form of payment. We charge this fee to cover the cost of returns processing.
Q. Can I send back my return or exchange without your prepaid label?

Q. When do I receive a store credit?
A. Bundles & items that are not in-stock for an exchange, a return that is subject or selected for store credit, or an unused portion of a gift card
Q. Why was I issued a gift card for store credit?
A. When making an instant exchange of lessor value than the original purchase price the balance will be in store credit.
Q. How do I receive and use a store credit?
A. By email you will receive a special code which can be entered as gift card. This will be sent once the warehouse processes your order into their system as a return for store credit.
Q. What happens if I buy an item and need to return it?

Q. What happens if my item is outside of the 15-day return policy?
A. You can only exchange/return if the system allows which would be within the 15 days from your orders delivery.
Q. How do I get a refund for a return?
A. Please allow up to 1 business days from when your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
Q. Do I get charged for exchanges?
A. Only if you did not purchase return coverage at the time you placed the order.
Q. What do you get charged for exchanges without return coverage?
A. $13 return label fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Q. What is an instant exchange?
A. Way to secure a different size and check stock availability on the same item or choose an alternative item in its place.
Q. Why should I choose an Instant Exchange?
A. To secure the same item, in a different size, if the original item isn’t the correct size, or fit.
Q. Why do I have to enter my credit card when doing an instant exchange?
A. This will allow you to view stock of the same item and secure a different size when exchanging. Your exchange will be ordered once submitted. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card.
Q. What happens when my item for instant exchange is not available?
A. You will be able to purchase any item and pay the difference of the higher value or receive a store credit for the lesser value.
Q. Why was I charged for the item I sent back for exchange?
A. If the item(s) from an Instant Exchange are not scanned by the carrier within 14 days, the full amount of the exchange will be charged to the card.

A. Standard $10 (1-5 days) 2nd Day $25 (1-2 days)
Q. What happens if I need to change my address after placing an order?
A. We allow 24 hours for you to change the address before sending out your order from the warehouse. Please reach out to cs@circularpathusa.com and we will update the order placed with a new shipping address.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. You can use the confirmation email sent or go to our chat and enter your invoice number to receive updates.
Q. What happens if I buy an item that is final sale?
A. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Q. How are gift cards issued?
A. Delivered by email as an E-gift card.
Q. How do I send a gift card to the recipient after purchase?
A. Please forward the gift card email to the recipient. This is the order conformation email sent of your purchase.
Q. How to redeem a gift card I received?
A. Enter at checkout the information requested in the confirmation email you were forwarded by sender.
Q. Do I have to provide an address when purchasing a gift card?
A. No, our cards our delivered by email as an E-gift card to send to the recipient.
Q. How do I receive a refund if my original form of payment was Klarna?
A. You will be refunded minus the shipping charges to the original form of payment. Your refund will apply to any outstanding payments for the original order. Then apply any balance to any payments already made.
Q. How do I receive store credit if I used an alternative payment method?
A. When selecting store credit for a returned item and your original form of payment was Klarna, you will be sent an email and code to use the balance due. Q. How after I return my item will I see a refund?
A. Once the warehouse has processed the order you should receive a refund in within 10 business days back to your original form of payment.
